I have a black tie event for work tomorrow night in Edinburgh. You guys know that the Dolce AW13 collection was my favourite of the season so, naturally, it was my outfit inspiration: Sicilian glamour meets Sixties glamour. Think red lace, gold jewellery and retro hair. It’s a work do, so I chose the below dress by Oasis because I needed something polished but also practical for running around taking notes. There’s no risk of flashing too much skin in this dress and the stretchy lace will ensure I can dart around quickly! I’ll do an outfit post in a couple of weeks but – for now – here’s my high fashion inspiration followed by my high street choices. But with Jimmy Choos.
