On Thursday, I attended Ladies Day at Perth Races. As I’m on the fence about racing horses, I’m going to do a bit of research and a fuller blog post later but, for now, I thought I’d share my outfit with you. Ladies Day at the races is synonymous with fashion, so you can imagine how excited I was about choosing what to wear! As much as I love colour blocking, I tend to prefer to team brights with neutrals, so I decided on a subtly coloured statement hat (Debenhams has really pushed the boat out in the hat department this season) with this cobalt jacquard prom dress, and finished with nude accessories. Red toe nails kept my feet from looking too dead but I’m afraid there was little I could do about the wristband!
