I’ll be bringing you my account of the Scottish Fashion Awards 2014 tomorrow, but until then, I thought I’d share this very Scottish ensemble with you! Teen singer, Tallia Storm (as famed for her huge hair as for her soulful, almost jazz-like voice) attended the Scottish Fashion Awards wearing this red tartan top and skirt combo by Simone Rocha (yes, daughter of John), who picked up International Designer of the Year. What are your thoughts? I love the red tartan on Tallia, who is young enough (and whose skin is gorgeous enough) to pull off this bold look. For the non-pop stars among us, why not wear a tartan pencil skirt over thigh high boots with a simple black or white t shirt?
