Today I had coffee with the fabulous Hayley Scanlan, who was telling me all about her plans for her new collection. Everything sounds wonderful and I’m excited to see how she pulls all of her ideas together – it’s bound to be a hit.
For our early morning chat (sadly, the lovely Eve, PR for Debenhams in Scotland, was unable to join us thanks to the snow) I wore a body-con panelled dress by AX Paris. The colours are timeless; classic navy with neutral nude. What brings this dress bang up to date is the fabric – it’s a kind of neoprene material that is more exciting than a plain cotton but without being OTT for a day in the office.
