I adore this coat by PPQ! It comes in cream and black (my favourite) and is a classic A-line shape with the most fabulous, medieval style hood with fox lamb sheepskin trimmed hood. So cosy, so glamorous! I just know that this would fit like a glove; I do love a coat that flares out from the waist. I really struggle to find a coat that fits me everywhere (shoulders-waist-hips), so flared coats skim over the problem of my super wide hips. I also find sleeves can be too wide, but PPQ’s design is genius, with tailored narrow sleeves. This coat needs to be in my life, but sadly, at £1295, this will only happen in my dreams. What makes me even sadder is the twelve winter coats I have stuffed in my wardrobe – they probably total the cost of the PPQ. My new coat mantra? Quality, not quantity.
